Mark your Driveway
Before the season starts we will stake your driveway with our driveway markers. This is for our operators to find the area to be cleared
When the forecast is predicting an accumulation of 5 cm or more, we monitor conditions and send real-time email updates as to when we will launch our fleet.
We launch our fleet
First Pass - We establish the most efficient routes for each of our operators. Our operator will arrive and then will back into your driveway within 16” of the closest vehicle or building and will start to either plow or snow blow. Typically, the first pass is to get everyone out as soon as possible.
Additional clean up passes are provided, as required, once everyone has received a first pass.
Text Notification & On-Call Support
We send you a text notification when we are 10 driveways away to give you time to move your vehicle. We take pride in ensuring communication to our customers offers peace of mind.
